If you're ever looking for a song that embodies the essence of what it feels like to dance your cares away, and be completely present, it's this one.

JONES has released the song of the summer in my humble opinion called "In The Moment" and it's about exactly what you think it is.

I need to think of another original way to say "don't just take my word for it", but seriously, don't just take my word/s for it.

Watch/Listen to the official lyric video below and tell me how you feel afterwards:

I don't know about you but I feel about ten times lighter after listening! It's like free therapy. JONES' tone is just so beautiful and mesmerising.

The beauty of this song is it doesn't try to do anything but make you move and groove. Feel alive. Appreciate the here and now. The musicality paired with lyrics captures that so beautifully.

If there's an artist out there that deserves WAY more hype it's JONES.

I'm an anti-gatekeeper so I'm putting you on to JONES before she really takes off. You heard it here first - she's 100% one to watch and watch out for!

Oh and I'm definitely going to take JONES' advice and be in the moment more.

You also heard that here first haha.
